  • To answer calls, emails, take messages, write letters and handle correspondence and courier services

  • Maintain diaries and arranging appointments

  • Type, prepare and collect reports

  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information (filing and uploading of bills, reports, news, etc.)

  • Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes

  • Create, manage and update databases

  • Photocopy and print various documents

  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts

  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment

  • Process and submit approved office documents to relevant Saudi government entities and follow up

  • Organize and manage events, workshops and seminars

  • Book meeting rooms, conference and gathering facilities

  • Organize travel and accommodation for staff

  • Basic translation from Arabic to English and vice versa for unofficial use

  • HR knowledge of Saudi labor laws is an advantage
