The S&P Global Workplace Services Team provides S&P Global employees with digital services including productivity, collaboration and authentication services required to perform their jobs.
This role will provide key operations support function to assist with service delivery and ensure that our manage service providers deliver high quality support.

Lead, support and contribute to Global initiatives and projects
Perform remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex messaging and collaboration problems for end users, and recommended and implement corrective solutions.
Meet on a daily basis with managed service provider to improve quality of support and identify continuous improvement opportunities within the Workplace Service and End User Computing towers.
Serve as the first escalation point for issues that managed service provider support team is not available to resolve
Perform Office 365 administrative functions including license assignment, mailbox administration, report generation and other Box administrative tasks
Administer web conferencing licenses, report generation and other web conferencing administrative tasks
Assist with key Workplace Services initiatives and projects including web conferencing consolidation, mailbox consolidation, box home drive migration and other key Workplace Service projects.
Provide hyper care and end user support for Workplace Services transformation initiatives
What We re Looking For:
Must have at least 3 years of end user administration experience
Should have skills and confirmed experience with following products:*
o Skype for Business Online
o Lync Server 2013
o Windows Server 2008 - 2012o Office 365 o Microsoft Exchange o Box o Active Directory o PowerShell scripting a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Can provide positive customer service functions and operate in a service-oriented environment.
Has the ability to flex in a manner that will allow them to interface with Level 1 thru 3 help desk staff, engineering team members and end-users and customers as necessary.
Preferably 4 years of help desk experience
Experience in a large, geographically dispersed environment and working on large scale enterprise projects
Ability to interface with executives and provide executive support
Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Must be amenable to night shift (US hours) and must be flexible to work on shifting schedule per business requirement
