The Impact:

As the UX designer for the Creative Team, you will compliment the creative team s goal of building tech-forward, engaging, high quality client experiences across all S&P s digital platforms. You have the experience in partnering with agencies and product managers, business analysts, researchers, designers, and developers to turn concepts into high quality UI renderings and prototypes across all mobile and web experiences.

What s in it for you:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience at the front of visual design, architecting web and mobile experiences and translating data into wireframes and user flows. You will work closely with our ECD, digital team and agency partners to ensure brand quality to both a user flow and visual brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the ECD, CD s and agency partners to creative and produce high-impact, objective experiences.

  • Develops a solid understanding of each business partner s market and their customers.

  • Translate data into user experience patterns that allow the company to reach its goals and the user reach their needs - producing storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and mockups that define the user experience.

  • Create prototypes that showcase design concepts and interaction patterns.

  • Develops the brand s point of view though meticulous UX design

  • Communicate effectively to business partners, and cross-functional team members to present ideas.

  • Create final designs and work with development teams to ensure those designs are implemented in a manner that represents the concept.

What We re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • You have at least 4 years experience in UX - UI design

    • You re a quick learner, proactive in solving problems, interested in deep dives into the business partners goals and needs.

    • You have complex design solution samples

    • Experience working in an agile environment

    • Results and service oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the understanding of flexibility.

    • Ability to assist in identifying and building synergy brand opportunities with business partners and create unique outlets for those opportunities.

    • Strong time management

    • Is up to date on design and marketing trends to ensure the work produced is current and relevant to the business.

    • Effective communication skills essential as well as the ability to communicate with both creative and non-creatives

    • Comfortable presenting to various seniority levels within a corporation

    • Ability to discuss how problems with solved with design during the interview process.

    • Ability to have your own independent opinions. Be prepared to speak which programs you like to work with and why and be prepared to share your work. This is an opportunity to play a lead role in the design of revenue-generating, fast-moving, digital projects.
