_As a Senior Specialist in Commercial Analytics, you will support the team in surfacing actionable insights that enable smarter customer interactions and drive productivity of our commercial teams. You will also have the opportunity to develop streamlined and operationalized tools and processes to support the commercial organization. In this role, you have the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the Commercial Organization and personally grow to take on more complex projects and responsibilities.

  • Assist in the execution of commercial initiatives that rely on analysis of key opportunities

  • Perform routine and ad-hoc analysis based on both stated & derived requirements

  • Provide valuable insight on strategic projects impacting the commercial organization

  • Support initiatives to improve tools, processes and reporting for our sales, marketing, & relationship management teams

  • Help identify and evaluate process inefficiencies with an eye toward streamlining

  • Assess problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner

  • Champion teamwork and best practices in order to maintain a high level of work quality

_Basic Qualifications_

  • Bachelor s degree required (Finance, Economics or related field preferred)

  • Over 2 years of professional experience in the financial industry

  • A high proficiency in Excel, with a basic understanding of VBA

  • Minimum understanding of working with multiple data sets, with a preferred proficiency

  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities

  • Motivated self-starter with an ability to learn independently

    • Experience with large - complex challenges, maintaining a high attention to detail and working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Ability to solve problems and think creatively. Strong desire to innovate and optimize processes

  • Strong communication skills, including oral, written and presentation
