S&P Global Platts are seeking an intern candidate that will be involved in supporting the Global HR function. The successful candidate would help on a variety of HR activities in support of over 1400 staff globally.
The intern will gain exposure to a wide range of people related activities including employee onboarding, talent development, employee relations issues and coaching. The successful Intern will also be involved in a number of projects globally supporting the business with its key initiatives.

TheTeam - TheBusiness:
You will be part of a global team consisting of 5 HR Directors, reporting to the VP of HR for Platts, which is part of the business but works closely with S&P Global Centres of Excellent, Total Reward, talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR Operations.
Support each HR Director on a project aligned to their business priorities
Focus on improving the onboarding experience pan Platts for external hires, employees who move location and people moving to new roles
Support HR Directors on any employee relations issues
Raise awareness and understanding in the employee population of the people systems, processes and policies
All experience welcome students going into final year, graduates or those with Master s degree will be considered.
- All degrees will be considered however a focus or concentration in Business - Human Resource related disciplines is a distinct advantage.

Significant comfort level with suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Excel)
