The Role:

Qualification & Required Experience:

  • You hold a minimum Bachelor s degree

  • You have a minimum of two years of working experience in hiring for different markets

The Team:

We are a diverse team of 6 talent advisors locally and over 30 counterparts in global locations. Each member strives on individual and team development and is woven in the nexus of camaraderie. We are embarked on a mission to support the organizational talent needs by bringing in best quality as well as passionate about upskilling our talent with pro bono educational offerings in the spirit of giving back to the community.


  • Partner with managers to determine current and future hiring needs, position requirements and appropriate recruitment strategy

  • Collaborate with hiring manager on sourcing strategy & identification of ideal candidate profiles

  • Exercise independent discernment during screening candidate profiles followed by submission of relevant profiles to hiring managers with quality screening feedback

  • Partner with coordinator to schedule assessments and onsite interviews

  • Meet and greet each interviewed candidate to provide extraordinary candidate experience

  • Track and maintain key talent acquisition metrics

  • Run the candidate job offer process, including background checks, offer extension, and negotiation. Notify all relevant parties of offer acceptance and agreed upon start date

  • Assist with design and delivery of relevant educational offerings to further support hiring managers and interviewers in their efforts to recruit and retain top talent

  • Liaison with universities and attend recruiting events to improve outreach to potential candidates, build lucrative talent pipelines and maintain a strong corporate brand presence
