The Digital Infrastructure Real Estate Project Team of S&P Global is responsible for the project framework used to vet, prioritize resource, execute, and track technology and content projects across S&P Global. The PMO facilitates the priorities, measures and improves the process to deliver on those priorities, provides transparency into related activities, and manages the tools used to manage these processes.

Managing Real Estate Projects delivering IT Infrastructure for end users inclusive of allnetwork - desktops - laptops - securitywill enable you to grasp how all these are dependent upon one another and critical for the new digital way of working. Working with Global real Estate you will understand the end to end project lifecycle from inception - execution to final delivery.

_Responsibilities_:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Determining project changes.

  • Providing administrative support as needed.

  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

  • Developing project strategies.

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

    • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members both face to face and via video conference - Skype.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

_What we re looking for_:

_Basic Qualification_:

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.

  • 3 to 6 Years of experience in related field.

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Familiar with communication tools such as Skype - WebEx
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

_Preferred Qualification_:

  • Project Management Methodology such as PRINCE2 - PMP etc

    • Experience in the financial services sector preferred but not required
