You will be developing and continuously enriching robust information assets and business intelligence (BI), providing clear transparency into all digital aspects of the business, and providing actionable analytics and insights to optimize the profitability of our marketing investments. In this role, you will link metrics and data to crucial decisions that impact website design, marketing spend and marketing strategies.

  • This is a terrific opportunity for you to translate digital marketing knowledge into powerful campaigns that have a significant impact on our divisions pipelines and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic analysis through data to identify business opportunities and inform business strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech and Data Office to implement and continuously refine segmentations, predictive models, and other targeting approaches to improve return of investment efforts

  • Develop long and short term learning objectives and test plans, implement statistically valid in market tests and interpret results to inform subsequent strategies

  • Optimize return on investment of marketing investments across programs and acquisition channels by utilizing mathematical optimization techniques

    • Ensure proper tagging of all websites - pages
  • Collaborate with Marketing to oversee digital marketing campaigns

  • Develop Reporting and BI tools to meet the granular information needs

    • Collaborate on customer lifetime value studies, and work with the Digital team to present - cross-sell new analytic services
  • Lead analytic strategy sessions across paid (SEM, Display, Programmatic), earned (SEO, Social) and owned media, and support team in presentation of large scale initiatives

BasicQualifications:

  • Undergraduate level education with analytical focus (e.g. Applied Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, etc) is highly preferred Graduate education a plus

    • At least 3 years of experience in the application of decision sciences in one or more of the following areas:*
  • Analytical business consulting

  • Marketing optimization and targeting, web specific preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics systems (Omniture, GA) and media management systems

PreferredSkills:

  • Critical thinking, problem solving and discernment

    • Strong hands-on expertise using statistical analysis and data manipulation software - tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and present effective presentations

  • B2B financial services experience a plus
