This group of professionals provides exemplary support to our senior leaders while supervising projects that impact our employees and clients. This group impresses partners with their ability to lead, collaborate and think critically while performing daily tasks and leading project initiatives.

The Impact:

You will be a key team member managing projects and initiatives that operationally support a C-class office focused on operations and technology. You will own and manage key components of the operational work that act as enabling capabilities for this office.

This role works closely with all other internal divisions and with leaders across the company. You will gain in-depth exposure to the workflows and day-to-day activities of senior leaders and executives in all of our divisions. You will have the chance to further develop your project management skills within a dynamic, global organization, while also contributing new ideas and opportunities for the team to leverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping multiple projects moving while managing stakeholder expectations and communications plans.

  • Contributing to presentations and reports required for executive meetings.

  • Supporting short-term and long-term planning around key priorities of this C-Suite office.

  • Serving as a key team member and contributor for the COO of Market Intelligence and the CTO of S&P Global.

  • Supporting day-to-day activities across multiple groups and priorities.

  • Managing regularly-occurring and special projects.

  • Building connections across teams to meet project milestones and drive additional collaboration.

What We re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a related project management, reporting administrative, or similar role

  • Experience working with senior leaders

  • Demonstrated project management experience

  • Experience managing daily activities, planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel

  • Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow-up

  • Ability to set priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience driving large scale initiatives impacting many partners, with little direction or guidance.

  • Dedicated, responsible, and patient with excellent presence, attention to detail, and collaboration orientation.

  • You are able to maintain and work to improve upon our standard methodologies and industry standards to contribute towards a leaner, consistent and reliable operation.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
