You will be serving as the primary finance resource to the product and client segment management team. With strong leadership, attention to detail and excellent communication and influencing skills, you will support the execution of the management team s key priorities and strategies. You will consistently meet with senior segment leadership as they make decisions that impact our global growth and initiatives and will help them understand the financial performance of their business and facilitate the efficient use of company resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing financial leadership and support to partners to contribute to both the short-term business management and long-term strategic growth of the business.

  • Appling best financial practices, knowledge of strategic objectives and understanding of financial performance and emerging trends to favorably influence business results.

  • Analyzing monthly P&L, subscription (news sales, renewal rates, price increases), headcount, and other critical metric results; articulate insights and recommend actions.

    • Preparing business cases and - or investment models related to segment initiatives.
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly forecasts, annual operating budgets and multi-year strategic plans.

  • Finding opportunities for improvement in execution; partnering with colleagues as needed to drive implementation.

  • Managing and developing associates.

  • Working independently and as a fully contributing member of a multi-locational team with challenging, often conflicting deadlines.

  • Ad-hoc requests and special projects as assigned.



  • Bachelor s Degree with at least 4 years experience of financial analysis and financial modeling

  • Proven experience providing decision support and financial leadership to senior internal partners

  • Experience working within a matrixed business structure and working as a part of a Global Finance organization.

  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, data warehouse and data visualization tools.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills and with a focus on accuracy and detail.

  • Experience with ERP (Oracle Financials) and multidimensional OLAP reporting systems


  • MBA or Master s Degree in Finance

  • 1 year(s) of managerial experience

  • Experience using Oracle Financials, Cognos TM1, Anaplan and Tableau

    • Experience with RPA, predictive analytics and - or other digital capabilities

    • M&A experience (modeling transaction, synergy tracking, integration - separation)

  • Familiarity with Lean and Agile principles

    • Attentive to accuracy, committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns - act acts on quality problems
