TheImpact:

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the development and management of marketing efforts and projects for all aspects of digital advertising (social, display, search, mobile). You will have the opportunity to create impact to the markets we serve by generating leads and brand presence for the company. You will work across all SPGI divisions and Corporate (internal communications), enabling divisions to achieve their commercial goals through digital means.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand divisional focus and commercial goals, with the purpose of consulting w - the divisions on all digital projects.

    • Develop project plans and execution strategies for all projects, from initiation through completion.

    • Utilize a rigorous process of defining client requirements and project specifications.

  • Use formal processes and tools to run resources - project purpose; clarify roles, tasks, achievements, budgets and measures of success.

    • Handle complex projects that cross multiple areas of a business, with minimal to no guidance from a more senior member of the team.

    • Run project estimation activity including daily schedules, budgets, and deliverables; lead each project to ensure on time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

    • Partner with Digital Directors to select core digital team, communicate approach, present plans and gain sign-offs.

    • Work closely with Digital Director and clients (i.e. divisions) to ensure resource strategy for specific tasks and to implement sourcing schedule to ensure workflow coverage and optimize talent.

    • Conduct project kickoff meetings for the teams, to communicate roles and ensure all team members have the tools to perform effectively

    • Conduct data strategic analysis to identify business opportunities and inform business strategy

    • Lead analytic strategy sessions across paid (SEM, Display, Programmatic), earned (SEO, Social) and owned media, and support team in presentation of large scale initiatives

Whatwe relookingfor:

BaseQualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; at least 5 years managing projects

  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics systems (Omniture, GA) and media management systems a plus

    • Strong hands-on expertise using statistical analysis and data manipulation software - tools
  • Excellent communication skills to develop and present effective presentations; ability to get impactful results

  • Understanding of and appreciation for a customer-centric approach and culture

  • Passion & pride in doing good work and a desire to make a strong impact on the overall business

  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and to work independently and within a team

  • Ability to communicate digital information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences

  • An independent history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines

  • Great presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex analytic concepts to marketing oriented audiences

PreferredSkills:

  • A love of data and attention to detail - highly organized and analytical

  • Critical thinking, problem solving and business insight

  • B2B financial services experience a plus; digital content distribution is great to have.

  • Project Management Certification is a plus
