The Team:

The position provides broad support for the Financial Institutions team in all credit and related matters:*

supports analysts in the analysis of the credit portfolio, works with analysts in preparing committee presentations. Also, maintains databases and data feeds, cleans data, and makes updates to accounts; and supporting related administration and - or operational procedures with the rating process. Assembles pertinent financial, technical and other data essential to debt rating activities, and applies acquired research, analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform extensive research on credit industries and economy.

  • Develops and maintains a centralized source of news information, including digital media, and carries out research for industry monitoring.

  • Supports analysts in spreadsheet and database development, maintenance, and analytics including extracting financial and economic data from source materials, inputting into group applications, and performing financial modeling.

  • Support financial institutions team in operational procedures related to ratings.

  • Checks numbers used in publications for accuracy and prepares material for publication.

  • Conducts research for potential new ratings.

  • Support Analysts during analytical process.

  • Comply with quality standards and compliance policies.

  • Provide adequate level of customer service and responsiveness

What We re Looking For:

  • Education:*

    Graduated from Business Administration, Economics or Finance desirable.

    • 1-2 year of work experience in a financial institution, accounting, consulting firm or large corporation. Desirable experience on Capital Markets.

    • Knowledge of financial modelling and financial forecasting will be highly valuable.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Full business proficiency in English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

  • Display Strong Personal Integrity

  • Proactivity
