The Role:

This is a critical Talent Acquisition position partnering closely with the local Recruiters, internal stakeholders and external parties. This role will directly report into the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations.

Requirements

  • Responsible for dealing and directing calls from both internal and external clients related to interviews, posting of positions and other general recruitment queries

  • Schedule interviews as directed by the Recruiter, coordinating the process in line with S&P Global procedures and service level agreements

  • Provide accurate and timely coordination and processing of applicants, candidates and new hire processes and documentation

  • Conduct and maintain record of reference checks as and when required

  • Ensure that all communication with internal and external applicants is handled in a timely and professional manner

  • Update internal and external clients the status of all new hires being processed and respond to questions regarding general recruitment in person, via email and telephone

  • Develop relationships with other HR and Administration staff both regionally and globally to enable leveraging of support as required

  • Acts as a company brand ambassador for the TA Team both internally and externally with clients and vendors.

  • Suggest and recommend ongoing recruitment process improvements and work with TA team to develop creative solutions to any workflow issues.

  • Opportunity to participate on projects and help ensure compliance with company and employment policies regarding hiring practices.

  • Prepare employment contracts and project manage the update and upkeep of contract templates for the region

  • Management of new employee files including ensuring all new hire documentation is on file and maintain list of documents held on file per employee

  • Co-ordinate internal and external job postings including adverts including Government Job Boards (where applicable)

  • Maintain and distribute records of new and updated recruitment policies as required

  • Maintain accurate recruitment files in both hardcopy paper files and soft copy PC files

  • Process expenses and recruitment invoices liaising as necessary with the finance team

  • Administration of candidate testing locally and coordinating regionally with local HR counterparts

  • Manage the external Agency Vendor list and co-ordinate with procurement on contracts.

  • Support Recruiters in sourcing candidates when required

Qualifications

  • Able to demonstrate 2 years of HR administration experience, ideally having supported a team of 3 or more individuals, preferably in talent acquisition.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional, diligent and courteous manner

  • High attention to detail, organized and efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and manage expectations of internal clients

  • Strong at developing stakeholder relationships with a focus on providing a dedicated client orientated service

  • Able to prioritize work assignments to accommodate urgent requests as needed

  • Experience with Workday and Peoplefluent HR Systems highly desirable, plus Concur for expenses

  • Experience of working and communicating with multiple office locations both regionally and internationally

  • Able to take ownership of tasks and work independently were required using own initiative and without close supervision

  • Dependable, diligent and flexible, a strong team player who understands the need for confidentiality at all times
